Laundry time and I'm doing it manually. Who would have thought at 27, I am just learning how to do house chores. Oh yeah, feeling #domesticated while away from the comforts of home. Even when I had my own apartment and tried to live independently in the Philippines, my dad would always say "oh i thought you are living on your own but why do you always ask our househelp to go your apartment in #NagaCity to clean and bring you food. Every week you also ask our gardener to pick up your laundry and bring you new set of clothes which you always ask your mama to prepare." I just usually say "Dad I dont have time for that. Besides that's why I study and work hard right?" then smile like a #brat. Somehow, I lived a comfortable life and even when I lived in #MNL last year, I always have my tita doing my laundry. I was pampered so it's only now that I am really growing as a domesticated lady --- choosing to live abroad while pursuing my #TAAP dreams forces me to be embrace tasks I usually avoid. I could have opted to availed the laundry and cleaning service but I always remind myself that I should treat this moment as time for growth. Hello to all the #brats trying to live on their own!!! #SoleSearchingSoulinCyberjaya #SSStravel #LifeLesson #QuarterLife #ASEAN
