12 children were born in 1971

I noticed something, while checking stuff in the Stranger Things Wiki. In the timeline there's a list of the kids born in 1971. An it has the names of exactly 12 children.

The List:

Angela (Unknown Date)

Jake (Unknown Date)

Stacey (Unknown Date)

Suzie (Unknown Date)

Lucas (Unknown Date)

Nikki (January 16)

Will (March 22)

Sara (April -)

Mike (April 7th)

Dustin (May 29)

El (June 7)

Max (July -)

So, I can't check who made that exact list and I wouldn't read too much into it, but I still want to share it with you.

Why are it exactly 12 children, just like the 12 vessels Vecna needs?

Why are all of them born between January and July (if the date is known)? How the fuck do we know Nikki's birthday, but not Lucas'?

And I think it's funny that El's eleventh on the list, but I also noticed Sara's the eight name, which is interesting thinking about my last post, where I discussed the connection between her and Kali's (008) story.

Back browsing the Samurai Troopers wiki. This section about Saizo and Sasuke is funny. We don't know anything about their history and will only find out in Cour 2. I think they could've left this part blank first, until we get canonical info about the First Name Group's past since they are different from the Last Name Group (implied to have been inhuman from the beginning). There's also some odd stuff about their names in the Name Etymology section which I personally feel is redundant— too opinionated and does not cite official info/anime canon.

yeah, oops seem i'd talked of it before but had gotten a little more insight since from the person humiliated, it is that same incident and guess this is that anon who was a bystander to the weirdness. small-ass fandom. wiki mods say names in eastern order, proper grammar and translations, etc. when the person edited pages to reflect that, one of the wiki people did an @everyone blast in a discord server to call her out for "altering translations". as you say, priorities are needed. desperately.

Yeesh. I hope the person bullied didn't take it too hard; it sounds like she followed the rules as best as she could. Something like "Hi, we would like to suggest you do this....." would've been better rather than publicly putting her on blast. And rearranging name order isn't altering translations; there's no translating words in one language to another in this case. I used to think small fandoms were better, but now I'm not so sure *sigh*

hoo boy, know someone who got in trouble even for following that wiki's supposed rules and you're not the first person to question the workings there? mods say all names must be in eastern order only, but nasty is hafu and always put in western order. then they put the staff names in western order (the person who tried editing them to eastern to follow that was publicly humiliated over it). the ten braves don't deserve this tomfoolery to poison things.

I remember hearing about that incident from an anon. Is this the same one? I didn't even know fan wikis had pre-determined rules; learn something new everyday. Sounds like the people in charge of the site can't make their minds up about how they should display information. They're also hypocrites if they bullied someone for following their own rules jfc. I mean, what's the reason for publicly humiliating an editor who's trying to properly organize pages? Nobody will want to help work on the articles next time.

I'm a big fan of the Braves, so I'll have to apologize for being a bit hawkish about their wiki articles. But yeah, I do wish they'd focus on the misinformation on the Brave's pages instead of fussing over such trivial matters like small corrections.

I don't remember Kamanosuke using poison. I think the only time its brought up is when Yamato accused the Braves of poisoning Ryusei, only for Kamanosuke to go "What poison?"

Why are the Nyudo bros' names in a different order compared to the other characters? The others follow the original Japanese, while these 2 have their names rearranged. And who said Isa's quirks were considered "bad"? The other characters don't even react to Isa's speech patterns at all.

Again, we know nothing about the First Name Group's origins at this point. Isa and Seikai Nyudo's designs were based on warrior monks, but that doesn't necessary mean they actually are warrior monks. I understand that we're all thirsting for canon info about the YSST characters, but we shouldn't simply embellish things and encourage misinformation to spread. Especially on a site that's supposed to help fans and non-fans alike with info pertaining to the actual show and extra material. It would be better to add those paragraphs to a "Fan theory" section instead while the 2nd cour slowly airs.

I was looking around on the Samurai Troopers wiki for some info about YST and noticed the YSST characters have pages now. Checked Shion's page and this part looks weird. His weapon is officially just called "Sword of Senko" or "Flashing Sword"; it is not specified to be an odachi. Maybe if an official English translation is released, it'd be called that but I'm not sure where the wiki got the idea at this moment.
