I installed Firefox Stable Channel from Snap and every time I start it up it uses so much fucking horsepower the fans in my laptop spin up like jet engines. So I thought to myself, what if I uninstall from Snap and install from Universe?
So I installed Firefox Stable Channel from Universe and ... Same damn challenge. Well, fuck.
So I dug around a bit and thought to myself, what if I install the Extended Stable Release? So I removed and purged Firefox Stable Channel and installed Firefox Extended Stable Channel from Snap and it's ... better. It works a lot better. This is so dumb, but at least I still get to use Firefox so that's good.
