Quince cake. Really bad lighting at the venue and I had forgotten my phone so I was sent this picture by someone else.
This cake was made for the San Francisco State University Theatre Arts Dept. 2011 Graduation ceremony. It was a challenge and took me several days to complete - the hand-painted 'billboards' took the most time - but it was an awesomely rewarding endeavor.
