This is gonna be notes/logs from staff side pertaining to students. I don't plan on taking notes about staff as its over a thousand pages mostly about staff. Notes of staff may be added for context.
(text) is my added context/opinion usually done to add student names as the doctors use numbers.
I try to shorten logs (without changing text) so -- between messages is me cutting unimportant messages.
Formatting for chat messages is: [staffcode/dr name] text. Or normal spech is: Name "text"
Colored text is to assist readability, this is mostly done for staff names.
To put in perspective, the docdoc, a google doc with all of staff side, is ~2000 pages and my doc is currently ~20 pages. I absolutely recommend reading it but i understand its intimidating.
