With over a decade of experience across a wide range of industries—including banking, retail, global manufacturing, private equity, and healthcare—Hiren brings a unique and diversified skill set to his role. Throughout his career, he has taken on key leadership positions in finance and operations, most recently at Access Community Health Networks, where he played an integral role in driving operational efficiency and financial strategy. His expertise in managing complex financial landscapes makes him a valuable addition to the PCC team.
Hiren is deeply passionate about public health and is particularly excited about the opportunity to work in a community-driven organization like PCC. He sees healthcare as an ever-evolving field and is committed to making a lasting impact by helping PCC continue to grow and expand its services. A: What motivates me most is the ability to create meaningful change—whether that’s improving financial operations or helping to expand services to underserved communities. It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of something that makes a real difference in people's lives.
Q: What is one thing you can't live without at work? A: Data! Having access to clear, concise data is crucial for making informed decisions and ensuring that we're always moving in the right direction.
Q: What's a goal you have for the next year, either personally or professionally? A: Professionally, my goal is to streamline processes and procedures at PCC to pave the way for large-scale transformation. Personally, I hope to continue exploring new countries with my family.
