I needed to take a moment for this one.. I intended to post something when i got in last night but i was still kinda on a Hip Hop High!!!! WRITTER'S BLOCK CONCERT SERIES : LYRICALLY FIT EDITION was and Incredible moment in NYC Hip Hop in my opinion and i want to first that My partner INNOCENT? for the continued belief and endless support system and my team/label family THEM Recordings for always being on deck!!!! #Frontlines My East Coast partner Lyrically Fit COACH JAY for believing I was worth getting in bed with on these shows and making it possible for me to bridge these markets and expand our brands together. I want to thank the WRITTER'S BLOCK CONCERT SERIES Team/ Staff Stage manager extraordinaire Doc Ahk and Lead Sponsor GID RADIO i want to thank the WRITTER'S BLOCK CONCERT SERIES Sound Engineers/ DJs!!!! Deejay Toshi Sky Laney D.j. JoeBodega BodegaCold Kutz for always keeping the soundscape live even when it means bringing out their own equipment (as a DJ should be able to do) to Shamika Sanders-Sykes and Rob Harris for holding that door down like a vise grip!!!! To the BLACKS Decaf Black and Nikki Black That show more support and unwavering respect for the NYC underground music scene then most of you locals..You need to find and study their book "I love Hip Hop for real: The art of being supportive" (Not a real Book)lolol.. And then there are the artist!!! Wow.. this was probably one of the most Balanced Known and unknown artist bills i have seen in a long time with respect to Rob Lottabarz Padlock parties... and I was amazed at no just the turn out but the Artist consistency in delivery every artist that touched that stage stood up to what we want to set and maintain as the WRITTER'S BLOCK CONCERT SERIES Performance standard.
