When things were bad at home, Tommen got into the habit of making paper cranes to distract himself. He'd have draws full of them some weeks, brightly coloured little birds folded while he hid in his bedroom. One day, after they're living together, Rickon comes home to find little origami cranes scattered all over their little flat; and Tommen, head in his hands, fingers covered in papercuts, a letter from his mother crumpled up on the floor .
OH MY WORD! CAITLIN WHAT HAVE I DONE TO DESERVE THIS PAIN! I CAN’T HANDLE IT NOPE NOPE! I JUT WANT THEM TO BE HAPPY AND FOR TOMMEN TO NOT BE HURT OR ABUSED EVER AND DKFJDKS
Ok but them spending the rest of the night just holding each other with Tommen burying his face in Rickon’s neck I friggin can’t man
