I didn’t do a good job eating healthy today. I had a donut, then I ate half a box of family size cheez-its, a bunch of ginger snap cookies, like just all around junk all day.
I’m finally at the gym for the first time this week. I worked a double on Monday and Tuesday totaling for 24 hours already clocked for this week. I’m just exhausted which I think is why my body just craved bad things.
I did 30 minutes on the stairclimber (almost threw up), max weights for chest and triceps, finished with 20 minutes of abs. I’m going to go to a different gym now that has Zumba with a friend. I’m only at 4000 steps for today and the majority have been in the last two hours. Yikes.
