Thoughts on Zutara POSSIBLY being a thing in the upcoming live action remake? (The one filled with rumors about Katara apparently being aged up) 👀
tbh?? it's really a mix of things. of course, im always down for anything zutara so the possibility of it happening has me like;
tho i am hesitant about the age increase because i am worried they're doing it to somehow make it seem like it's okay to sexualize her(the media industry is infamous for sexualizing underage, indigenous, poc girls) and yeahhhh not a big fan of that.
(tho the whole thing age up thing has been debunked so I'm not trynna get myself worked up over something that was proven untrue. tho if somehow it did end up being true and they don't sexualize her, then hell yeahhh zutara gang)
I'm more, uh, unmotivated to see what br*ke is gonna start doing with the whole Avatar studio thing they started up.
(i love aang. let's be honest, holy hell, br*ke did not serve him any justice whatsoever. how's he gonna neglect his kids besides the air bender kid? come on, aang?? doing that?? ain't in his nature but br*ke said 'this is canon'. also, Aang did everything he could to not end up killing Ozai, but agreed to murder Zuko if Zuko turned evil? what??? aang, agreeing to that? wtf???
(don't even get me started on the fact that katara was okay with the whole thing, too.)
(also, how was bryke gonna make it so that no one visits Zuko during his first year reign, his uncle booked off to Ba Sing Se(this, i have many feelings about.) to the point where Zuko had no one to turn to but his father??? he was 16(17?)!!! the gAang not helping him out and his uncle?? b i t t e, what was the thought process for all of this? enough to say, there is no comic in ba sing se ;).)
