In the kitchen, she was busy working on dinner for her daughter. the smell of cooking food had her stomach churning. ❝klaus!❞ She calls out in hopes that he was home. Turning off the burner. she moves the burgers onto a plate. and allowed her mind to think about anything else aside from the smell of food.❝Are you eating with Hope?❞ She asks when she senses the other hybrid’s presence

Hesitantly, Elena returned the hug. She hadn’t expected her decision to just be friends with either of the brother’s to go over well, but apparently she shouldn’t have bothered worrying if Damon’s current action was any indication. And... it felt good to be hugged by someone. 

“This - all of this - is my fault. And I’m constantly looking over my shoulder to see who’s going to go after my loved ones next... I’ve lost too many people already, Damon. I’m terrified what will happen if I continue to lose people.”

Everyone had heard stories of the  Mikaelson family, those in the supernatural community that is. Velahari was no exception, well she was but only in that while others were afraid of the family and their power she saw the uses in it.

Was walking into their compound alone and uninvited a smart move? No, no it was not, but she had done it anyway. Pushing open the front gate and walking in, she had a desire to use that power. To make the city safe for werewolves once again. Her footsteps echoed across the courtyard bouncing off the cobblestones before she sat down in a chair to wait. Someone was home, someone had already seen her. Of that Velahari was sure, now to wait and see what would happen next.

Katerina’s father has been following what Klaus Mikealson has done since he’s started killing others for revenge. Changing completely from the man who was loving and compassionate to a cold hearted paranoid man. One who he did not want around his daughter even if they were soulmates and meant to be together. He’s kept klaus’s exsistence from her even when klaus turned up in the same town that they were living in now asking around for her.

Katerina was oblivious to Klaus Mikealson’s exsistence as well as the fact that she’s been reincarnated over a thousand years. She did what most people her age normal did, go to school and have a job.
