Day 10: #LeapDeepAndRelease ✨POSTURE✨MUDRA✨ ✨CHAKRA HOMEWORK✨SUPPORT✨ 🐸 POSTURE: Standing Pigeon with Support(block or book): ✨🐸✨ Set a block or book in front of your right side. Stand tall, shifting your weight into left leg as you cross the opposite ankle over your standing leg’s thigh. Lower your hips back and down until you find a natural stopping point. This could feel like stretch in the bent leg’s glutes or inner thigh, or like work in the standing leg’s foot or hip. Make sure your standing leg’s knee points straight forward over your toes. Left arm will press into foot, foot will press into arm. Right arm will be on block for holding support. Relax your neck and eye gaze can be toward the back of your mat, keeping spine long. This posture is extremely relaxing. Stay here for 5-10 breaths.
