I really don't get how every single kpop company (except P Nation but we'll see cuz my trust is gone bro 😒) is this toxic.

Like, how does working for a corporation erase your ability to have basic human decency.

World: cyberbullying is bad and it's affecting your employees

Company: I can't understand you. Can you explain it again using more $$$$ in your sentence?

How? How can you literally just not care? How can you just step on people's skulls to get money? What kind of person were you before you worked for a company, and what kind of soul-sucking hiring ritual do they perform to get their employees to act this way?

I know there are probably some employees with hearts left that hate what they are most likely forced to do, but don't have any power to rise against the main power of the company, but as a whole, they're all demonic, like they'll burst into flames if they don't get every dollar possible. You have enough money, you're not going bankrupt, stop acting like a demon. Stop taking advantage of every person who cares.
