for me, Yes we should acknowledge and recognized the rights of EVERY INDIVIDUALITY regardless of their SEXUAL IDENTITY...

Again REGARDLESS OF THEIR SEXUAL IDENTITY.

So whats the purpose of the SOGIE BILL?

the purpose of this Bill is to pursue the anti discrimination for LGBT Community.

Sounds Good right?

but this bill only protects the rights of a certain group of people so this bill does not care if your rights will be affected.

So, this proposal bill is Discriminatory am I right?

A bill that must be ratify as law must be applicable to all not to just to protect the rights of a certain group of people.

Come on lawmakers make a bill that for the welfare of all FILIPINO People. Not just for Certain Group of People but for EVERYONE.

Im not a Homophobic or anti LGBT but Once this bill becomes law some people can used this to abuse the power of this bill. But How?

Let me give you an example like in "MARRIAGE"

Marriage is not created by Man it was created by GOD and it was recorded in the bible way back thousands of years. So there for marriage is under in God's Law and No Man can alter the Law of God.

If you think that marriage is a rights yes that is a "Rights" but that rights is a privilege rights of a Man and Woman that was given by God...

We should always impart to ourselves that there is no higher Man's law than God's Law.

SOGIE Bill can be abusive, this can be used to pursue the right to get married the same sex partner inside the church and to used the name of God to honor their wedding. If the church priests or pastors will not allowed them to perform their wedding inside or outside the church they can easily impose to the church leader that their action is discriminatory to the LGBT Community There for this bill can used to make an excuse to perform their church wedding ceremony and used God's name to recognized it. This is only one of the good example how they will used to abuse the SOGIE BILL.

In fact, all the rights that we MUST have are already in the Philippine Constitution and we already enjoying it all the privileges that we must have..

I therefore conclude that this bill is not just only a discriminatory but also can cause of abomination of indulgence to other people.

If you really want your same sex partner will be recognize to be your legal partner for the sake of some privileges that you might have like conjugal property etc. Why not make some law that will issued a contract that you and your partner are one and both of you are entitled for your exclusive privileges as a couple but not exceeding your exclusivity to cause disturbance to others rights and privileges.

Homosexuality is not a Sin BUT the ACT of Homosexuality is a Sin.
