these are the grey rabbit mother and brown bear father figures from the star performer series! they originally would have come with casette tapes which they would “speak” along to; their mouths move with the words, the rabbit’s ears twitch and the bear’s eyes blink. unfortunately mine didn’t come with the tapes but they will speak along to anything! i haven’t tried out the rabbit because i was told that her old batteries had leaked and although the seller did say she still works i’m a bit hesitant to try in case something goes wrong. the figures are around 18cm tall and from 1987! i might try to get a video of the bear speaking later, though it does look quite strange :)
