Перед жаркой замариновать кусочки печени в смеси 1 яйца, 1 столовая ложка крахмала, соли и перца. Подержать печень в маринаде не меньше 40 минут, а лучше 1-1,5 часа. Затем обжарить. Получается очень вкусная, блестящая печеночка.
