Im going tomorrow, hes going Saturday. We still got to be Mystery Twins last Long Beach Comic Con thoughI wont be cosplaying. Ill be in a Robin shirt with detachable cape.

Im only gonna be there on Saturday this year, Bummeroonie. Sounds like a stellar Robin shirt tho. I always felt Robin was much cooler than everyone gives him credit for.

Yes, I remember this. 

Does he wear it because he likes the style though or "ironically"? It's the deliberate irony that wears on me.

I'm not sure that I'm qualified to do that. My general game plan has always been go bold (because I have the hair to justify it) and mix textures well.

Oh no. I hate feeling that way about a professor. Like you have to impress them no matter what. NO MATTER WHAT.

I have behaved that way about professors before. I feel that way about my advisor who is also my professor this semester. I want him to think I'm brilliant!

In this case though it's not so much impressing the professor as just the fact that he gives me a grade and I want to graduate.

Of course you don’t want to block any options from yourself but… consider that you might be blocking options in other areas too. You never know where life will take you. Or to whom.

I know. Really I'm blocking options here. I'm oddly more open to options in other areas, if that makes any sense. And as much as anything else this post is me chiding myself for that mentality. 

But I don't want to be taken anywhere. I want to know where I'm going and to get myself there. And then be glad I'm there.
