*Blujay turns and hurries to the Lightning's Breath and hops in, finding to his surprise that his holophone is still able to activate the vehicle. The top of his cockpit window seals down on top of his seat, creating an airtight environment for space travel, and his ship computers come to life, as if it were never touched.*
Q5-C7: Master Aramada, is that you, sir?
Blujay: Cuefive! Ha! They really did fix the Lightning's Breath.
Q5-C7: Indeed they did, sir. Your weapon systems and shielding systems are of a different grade of tech, but everything else seems to be in perfect working condition. I see that you are also doing well, Master Aramada, and that the dark energy has left you.
Blujay: A gift from Palutena.
Q5-C7: The goddess from the Kid Icarus Realm?
Blujay: That's the one.
Q5-C7: Astounding, sir. I'll add that to the data logs as ways to cleanse the Corruption.
Blujay: Cuefive, Star Fox is planning to return to their Realm, and we must get off their ship first.
Q5-C7: Right away, sir. Exiting Great Fox VII's hangar now.
*The Lightning's Breath's engines roar to life for the first time, and after a few seconds of warming up, the vessel takes off from the platform and exits out of the hangar. The ship, once a safe distance from the battleship, turns to watch the ship in its departure.*
*Fox opens a last minute comlink with Blujay*
Fox (via comlink): Blujay! Take a look on your dashboard for a button with a Star Fox symbol.
*Blujay scans his dashboard and finds the button*
Blujay: What is it?
Fox: It's a inter-dimensional distress signal which is specifically set to the Great Fox's scanning frequencies. You ever need our help again, you hit that button.
Blujay: Thank you, Fox, for everything.
Fox: Glad we could help. Take care of yourself, Blujay.
*With that, the Great Fox's engines suddenly glow a brilliant orange color, and with the blink of an eye, the ship shoots off into the stars, vanishing and leaving Blujay alone in the Lightning's Breath.*
