A starless sky

Wishing the constellations would grace us

Could they be hiding from the anger & violence below?

Unable to look past the dark clouds that have never completely vanished?

Questions for the blank canvas

Luna refusing to shine as well

Nor the celestial bodies

Look closer

Their message shining bright for the souls still here

Clearly communicating what we must do in order to receive their gifts…
