Headcanons for Killervibe?
- Cisco has never called Caitlin “Cait” until the middle of s6 (Fact). This is because Cisco felt he could never really let himself call her by what Ronnie had, which is what sparked his constant nicknaming habit early on in their friendship. Around the middle of s5, Caitlin nonchalantly mentions that Cisco never calls her “Cait” and asks why that is. Cisco tells her he felt like it was disrespectful to Ronnie, and never really felt like having that conversation with Barry & Iris because he knew it would be awkward to explain. Caitlin tells Cisco that she appreciates his consideration and that it means a lot to her, but that she’d love Cisco of all people to call her by “Cait” because of the fact he knows what kind of endearment it is.
