The finger poke of doom was a good idea.
The screw job finish at Starrcade 97 was a good idea because Sting wasn’t mentally ready and one of the reasons he thought that was because Sting wasn’t tan.
The botched finish at Starrcade 97 was the fault of the wrestlers and not his because he wasn’t involved with creative DESPITE LITERALLY BEING THE BOSS.
Goldberg being screwed over for his first lost was a good idea.

Any creative decisions wasn’t his fault because he was a “rookie” in that and left it to other people AGAIN DESPITE LITERALLY BEING THE BOSS.
By the time Bischoff got control of WCW he had been in the wrestling business in some way shape or form for 7 years at least and yet he was still claiming to be a rookie in the creative side of things....No joke that is like his got to excuse for bad ideas that got through. He never takes actual responsibility for the bad shit and in some cases like the ones listed above he will DEFEND them.
