dead discovery

It simply wasn’t everyday that Tsukishima came across a dead body that he could truthfully say he knew nothing about. Most of Xcution would have assumed that it was his work. But he wasn’t the only deadly thing with a blade. The dead woman sprawled before him - in the middle of his favorite place to train - was proof of that.
Tsukishima snapped his book shut and let one long finger tap against the spine as he considered the scene before him. Slowly, he circled the relatively fresh corpse.
“Tsk,” he murmured in disapproval at what he could see of the sloppily made wounds. “You, my dear, are probably the victim of a very unoriginal murder of passion. But what to do about you now?”
Tsukishima was crouching a short distance from the body - still thinking through potential options - when he felt a presence behind him. A very non-human presence. He didn’t move.
“It’s such a pity,” Tsukishima said conversationally, tilting his head slightly to speak over his shoulder at the unknown individual. “Was this your work, I wonder?”
