It's my birthday today!

And I have the day off from work & I’m getting pancakes for dinner & I’m going out with my friends tonight & tomorrow. This is shaping up to be fantastic

Rule 3: Tag 11 new people and link them to the post. Rule 4: Let them know you’ve tagged them. 1) If you could have any profession, regardless of your talents, what would you want to be? Dream job would probably be a singer, but I would be perfectly happy being a drama teacher :D 2) If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be? My eye colour. I want blue eyes soooo badly 3) What would the theme song of your life be? Oh lord I have no idea. Maybe L.O.V.E. by Nat King Cole. I fall for guys hard & the line “Take my heart & please don’t break it” is what I always hope for. Too bad these stupid boys have clearly never heard this song 4) If you could be in a tv show, what kind of show would it be? This show already exists, but I would want to be the girl on 1 Girl 5 Gays. Mostly because I’d want to make friends with most of the cast, but also because the show is fantastic & I think my reactions would make for good tv since I always freak out/blush hard/have my mouth fly wide open. People would be entertained by my innocence being shattered so frequently 5) What is one thing you would like to change in this world?/What is the one change would you like to see happen? I would want to make gay marriage legal all over the world. I may be straight & my country may be fortunate enough to have legalized gay marriage but why should Canada get to be so lucky while a lot of the rest of the world suffers. Think about it, 2 straight people who don’t even like each other can get married anywhere, while 2 homosexual who are madly in love are vastly limited in their wedding locations. 6) What is the one place you have always wanted to go? ITALY. I’m 25% Italian so I’ve always wanted to go to explore my roots, eat the best food, watch the best (in my opinion) soccer & desperately try to pick up the language 7) If you could work with any celebrity/famous person/personality, who would it be? Anyone that I think is funny/goofy. So Michael Bublé, Down With Webster, One Direction, McFly, Stanley Tucci… anyone who can make me laugh & will act as stupid as I do 8)  Would you rather wear the same outfit for a year or make a fool of yourself on national tv? Make a fool of myself on national tv. I do that in real life on a daily basis so why not do it for all of Canada. No way I’m wearing the same clothes for a year 9) What was your favourite show when you were little? Oooo this is hard. It’s probably between Looney Tunes, Mr. Dress Up & Simon in the Land of Chalk Drawings 10) What would you name your future children? Boy: Smith (I kinda like the idea of it for a 1st name) or Axel (I want a kid of mine to have it for real since for me it’s just a nickname) Girl: Violet, Amelia (nickname Ames). I like the idea of old fashioned names. They’re “normal” but they’d also be uncommon 11)  What do you want your legacy to be? I just want to be remembered as someone who loved to laugh, who stood up for others/ what they believe in & maybe who was happy(?). What mythical world would you want to be in? (Hogwarts, Narnia, Neverland, etc.) I would definitely live in Neverland. The Lost Boys always look fun to hang with & besides, ‘I believe in fairies’ 2. What fictional character (from movie, book, t.v. show, etc. (doesn’t have to be human)) would you love to have as your best friend? This is so hard! Stiles from Teen Wolf is absolutely awesome & hilarious. That said, I might go with Damon Salvatore ‘cause he’s mischievousness, challenging & inevitably has a heart of gold 3. What is your favorite cereal? Trix cereal! I don’t care if they’re for kids or that I haven’t actually seen them in store for a few years, if you put them in front of me I will devour them! 4. What is your favorite quote? It’s not cool or funny unless you actually hear him do it but my Anthro teacher said it once. “It’s an illusion, I’m fooling you & you don’t like it.” It’s literally all in the delivery 5. I love songs about love & these two are just so sweet. I like how simply Westlife puts it & how sweetly McFly puts it 6. Pick up the closest book to you. Turn to page 13. If you could choose any celebrity (actor, musician, athlete, comedian, etc.) to be your sibling, who would it be? I’m not gonna go with the easy answer (a member of 1D). I’m gonna pick a good old Canadian boy. Ryan Gosling. He seems like the most wonderful, kind, charming & hilariously self-deprecating person. 8. Describe your perfect outfit. I have a t-shirt from frosh week. It’s blue (my fave colour) & has white stripes bleached into it & Will Smith on it since our theme that year (2011) was Fresh Prince of Bell Air.  So that shirt with dark wash skinny jeans & my black on black on black vans. 9. Describe your perfect boy/girl. This is so easy. He must be sweet, he must be honest, he must have a nice smile & he MUST be able to make me laugh (it’s really not hard, so if you aren’t capable you have no use in my life) 10.What is the one thing you want the most in the world? Right now, to get a tattoo. I’ve alweays wanted one but I have a fear of needles, a low pain tolerance & the basic inability to sit still. However, I have finally decided to woman up & do it. You read my mind about that whole vanity fair thing. I mean you don't see Harry revealing anything about their relationship or making her look bad in the press but on multiple occasions you have her revealing "facts" about their relationship that are quite negative, I mean a mature woman of her age should just comment simply with "It didn't work out" but no that's just not how Swiftie does it! I get that she's upset about how people view her but she should still be a bit more respectful.

Exactly, not to mention the fact that she’s the older person in the relationship. I would have expected her to be more mature in this scenario. Instead she’s decided to be the bitter ex-girlfriend who acts like a twelve year old. I used to feel bad for her when these relationships ended. But there have been so many break-ups (and so many break-up songs) that I’ve lost sympathy for her.
