Physically these adjustments, activations, changes and shifts will come about through a series of processes which to some may feel and seem related to the ailments of the common cold. With the increase of the vibratory expansions and expressions for which the ascensions put forth, the physical body will begin with a shift and a detox of those less-than-high vibrational patterns and expressions.
