Today, Sebastian opened up Rustica Steakhouse a couple hours early. He had posted a beginner cooking class and had a person sign up for an hour each. Over a group since he felt it wasn't as close and you didn't learn as well when it wasn't one-on-one. He felt like learning was better when it was only with the teacher and one student over a teacher and a room full of people.

"Thanks for signing up" he said with a smile. "But we can go into the other kitchen to wash up. I got you an apron so you can keep nice and clean," he winked. "But it should be fun," he clapped. "I have a few things planned for us to cook," he smiled.

Diego did love teaching and he did his best with his classes. But his were not cheap classes so it wasn't easy to get supplies that he needed for them. His auto shop was a lot since it was all about cars, and his shop class did woodworking the most but did have home repairs. Diego, when he didn't have his son Dev or wasn't working, he did have a side job. They could do home repairs, car repairs, and building things for people. He did it to make extra money just to get by and for his class supplies.

He had posted online and had flyers in town to let people know of his services. He was free all weekend since Dev was with his mother so he took on a couple of jobs. He had parked outside the house of the job he had booked and walked up to the door to see what needed to be done.

Charlie had been spending a lot of time at home on the farm with Chantel and he was happy they had Hudson in their lives now. Even now it was very crazy for him to be nearly 60 with a newborn at home. But he was happy to be there, he liked having the little boy around. But it was taking up a lot of time for him so he knew he wasn't at Athletic Edge as much as he should.

He loved the place as much as he loved his farm. He was glad he was able to take over the place many years ago from the owner who retired. Sports was as big of a part of his life as his farm was. He smiled as he looked up to hear the door open. "Hello!" he didn't see who it was as they were behind a self as they entered the store. "How may I help you?"

it was no surprise that demi would be tagging along with hailey for this party. she had abandoned max somewhere and didn’t bother with his whining through all the texts she was getting about how she was being a bad fiance and that she needed to take him with her. but she replied with a simple ‘nope’ and the middle finger emoji and then placed her phone back into her pocket. three drink limit, demi had to remember that. then thankfully her best friend knew her well and stashed some non alcoholic beer in the fridge for her to get. plowing through the mass of people she held her cup in her hand. adorned with a black t-shirt and some over sized jeans she was really starting to drabble in the 90′s look again, her hair pulled up in a pony and her hoop earrings on. wedding ring tucked under her shirt with her ‘engagement’ ring placed in her pocket. she didn’t care much to wear it. 

passing by the beer pong table she placed her hand on shawn’s back when she saw him playing initially and smiled. “annihilate her..” winking at cara before patting his back and then going to back off and watch the game. bringing the cup of clear liquid to her mouth and letting it sting all the way down. at least and hopefully this party was filled with no drama. watching kendall and a few guests walk past, she wished that matthew or sirah were here to keep her company at least since hailey was off doing her thing.

Set on 5/4/24

Charlie never thought he would be here, that he was living with a woman he loved and was raising a kid with her. At this point him and Chantel have been dating a year now. That was crazy enough to him but to have Houston in their lives too was another thing too. At this point, he really was in the care of Chantel only since she was his family. But Charlie was there helping out with Houston as much as he could. But it was nice they were their own little family in some ways.

There was so much going on in his head lately, he loved her and wanted to show it to her even more. She knew he knew she did too as much as he knew she loved him. But here he was still nervous as hell running around trying to do their classic special date on the farm.

They did tend to do this on any special occasion they had. They find spot on the farm and set up table for dinner. What he did today on a hill over looking the farm, one of their favorite spots. Today, well part of yesterday and today cooking. He just wanted to make her good meal so smoked a brisket for hours. He had Houston with him as the meal was ready "Lets go get her humm?" he asked as he carried the boy who was just starting to be able to held on a hip. Walking to the house he had told her to stay in their room till he came. "Chantel.....Chantel" he called out as he bounced the little boy. @chantelbedford

Charlie did love Athletic Edge, it was a great place he felt really at home at. The farm was amazing and really was his home. But Athletic Edge was a place he felt a connection with in many ways. He did used to play baseball but he did know or learn about most every sport there is.

Today he was there as Chantel was at home with Hudson and caring for the farm too. He did have staff both places, but he did his best to show his face in both places most days. Even know the shop was harder to be at with newborn Hudson at home.

But here he was today unpacking some boxes to fill some of the shelves. Hearing the door he looked over and saw Ricky with a smile. "Hey man" he sat down a box he was holding. "How are you doing?" he asked. @enriquemarrero
