Sebastian was born to the Sánchez family, a young couple who love their little boy. He was their pride and joy and spoiled their little boy. They were close to the Thomas family. Both of their fathers were best friends and worked with each other. So Sebastian spent a lot of time with the family the first few years of his life. Sebastian spent days in the kitchen with his mother, cooking and camping with his father.
It all changed when Sebastian was six years old, and his parents went out on date nights while he was staying with the Thomas family. This was normal. He stayed with the Thomas family a lot when his parents went out or were working. But tragedy struck as Sebastian's parents were killed in a car crash. The police, finding out his parents had a child, went and told the Thomas family the news. They asked to let him stay for now and quickly got to care for him as long as they could. However, the Thomas family and Sánchez fathers made sure their kids were cared for, and the Sánchez family said Sebastian would go to the Thomas family if anything happened. The Thomas family adopted Sebastian at the age of six.
It was a big change very quickly for the family and to all get a fresh start and be away from the memories the family moved to Greenville. It was good Sebastian was young but the first few months and year Sebastian was very sad asking for his parents not understanding what happened to them. But after time the family became one and they were a happy family. Sebastian becoming close to Cohen who lived next door to the family.
He learned to fit into his new family and was very close to all of them. He never saw anything different, and as he got older, his memories of his birth parents did fade. 'But his adopted parents would keep up with stories and photos. He kept up cooking with classes as child and cooking with his family.
In school, he did well; he was never at the top of his class, but he never failed a class, too. But at times had a hard time wanting to go to school and class. He was the type that did all his work fine and passed tests, but he had times he didn't go to class. He was not a classroom learner at all. Sebastian played a few sports for fun, and did love running enjoying it still as he got older.
He worked part-time in high school as a line cook and learned from the cooks and chefs around him. Sebastian applied to culinary schools and applied all over the states and a few in Europe. Sebastian ended up getting into a school in Sebastian. He moved to London for a year as he went to school. As much as he wanted to stay longer, his funds didn't work out, so he moved back home to the States and got a job at a local restaurant.
Sebastian worked at a few restaurants in North Carolina before he got a job in New York as head chef at a big restaurant in the city. He loved living in New York and really thought he would stay there for years. That was till the day the restaurant he worked at closed without warning. The owner was spending money and stopped paying for the restaurant, and left the country. This caused Sebastian to have to find a new job. He applied back in NC and in Kismet Harbor, where his sister and husband lived. But Sebastian didn't tell anyone he applied to work at Rustica Steakhouse and got the job. Sebastian got himself an apartment and moved across the country. He didn't tell Country, he didn't tell anyone he moved and is here to start his new life.
