Hey so you said you’ve been on tumblr for about a month but hit 1000 followers (congrats first of all omg) but like how???? Do you do it??? Sorcery?? I’m a pretty new studyblr and I have like ten followers and I love them all and I’m kind of rambling but advice for a baby studyblr? Like how do you get out there and stuff and what to do and idk haha sorry for rambling
Hi Hun, I honestly don’t know how it happened maybe it was sorcery haha. I can definitely share some things i did to grow mine, i really hope these help you!
So I guess I should say that I’ve been on Tumblr for onemonth and three days at this moment in time and have 2,233 followers, im nottrying to come across as bragging but I just thought I should share since im talkingabout how to grow your studyblr. I am so grateful for you all and to be giventhe opportunity to connect with like minded people and be absorbed into such anamazing and kind community xx Also studyblr is not about the amount of followers you havehowever, I do think being able to connect with a lot of like minded people canbe very motivating!
Tips on how to grow your studyblr:
Make an introduction post and tag your favouritestudyblrs and the tags they follow. Some may even reblog your introduction post which is a massive help! Even tag me if youwant and I can reblog it : ) by doing this you already have studyblrs that knowwho you are and ones you can connect with. Also tag your post will all thecommon studyblr tags that people search (studyblr, new studyblr, baby studyblr, studypo, ect).
Customise your studyblr. Find a theme and chosea cohesive colour pallet that is original and stands out. This will really helpyour studyblr grow because it will make people want to follow you because eyourstudyblr is super cute and motivating.
Participate in blog rates! This is something I dida lot and it really helped me for two reasons. 1 – it helps you improve yourstudyblr and 2 – it helps get you name out there. additionally participating in ask games and similar things helps to get your name out there and connect too : )
When you reach a milestone do something likeblog compliments and put in the rules that to participate people need to befollowing you and reblog your post. This not only helps to get your studyblrout there but also helps to connect with your followers and form new friendships.
Connect with other studyblrs, especially onesthat started the same time as you! It is really fun to talk to people in thecommunity and work to grow your studyblrs together. just be active in the community and it will pay off!
Post original content. this helps a lot! My first post that kindablew up was a text post (x) and my second one was tips for when your sick (x).original textposts/tips/masterposts are great because you can just write themfrom your own experience. However, original photo posts are also great, I justpersonally find them more pressuring to be perfect haha.
Have a queue! I have a queue constantly runningwith 12 posts being posted a day. This keeps your blog active and keeps people wantingto come back to your *always active* blog.
I know that these tips aren’t really anything original and most of them you already probably do, butits things that have helped me and things that I hope can help you too if you haven’t considered them. Best ofluck in growing you studyblr! please let me know if any of these tips helped you. Also feel free to message me anytime for more tips orjust to chat : )
oh my gosh i completely forgot to post this yesterday😂 i already took apart my pencil case, so these are the pens and markers i use. the ones with swatches are my favourites❤️
day three of the july study photo challenge is books you're currently reading! i've had this series for a while, but i kept putting it off they're so good!
So I decided to make a studyblr! I have the worst writing, and I suck at bujo + I have no stationary. I think I’m going to stick to making text posts instead of Pictures. But, yeah! Everything that is MINE will be on #gorillastudy so be sure to look there

Studyblr introduction
I've been around for a few days, so I think it's time for an introduction 😊
Hi, call me whale (they/them). I'm 23, live in Europe, and I study language&literature, focusing on the literature theory and translation.
About me:
🌿 my favourite writers are V. Nabokov, A. Christie, S. Themerson and T. Pratchett
(EDIT: and H. Melville, how could i forget when I literally call myself after a Moby Dick?)
🌿 i love peaceful video games, like ACNL and Stardew Valley
🌿 my dream is to translate Stone Butch Blues into my native language
🌿 i have three cats and a leopard gecko; my father is a beekeeper and in the free time i'm learning the craft 🐝
🌿 i struggle with my mental health a lot, which heavily affected my studies; despite being 23 i don't have any degree yet... but i'm getting near!
What I blog about:
🌿 mental health and study related things only!
🌿 i have a problem with procrastination, so anything else would only fuel my toxic habit 😉
🌿 which means i can't follow people who post other things. i'm sorry, you're all great 😭
Thank you for reading and feel free to message me about anything! 😘
Hello! I am new on the Studyblr community, I'm sharing original content as well as reblogging inspiration. I would like to have some visibility, to share my notes, and other cute pictures, do you have some tips for getting known by other users like me? :) Thank you! X Loha
