People are constantly telling me “I could never do yoga, I’m not flexible enough” “I could never meditate, I can’t focus”.... 🤦🏾‍♀️ anything that’s worthwhile takes practice. ❃ No one starts yoga and hops into a graceful handstand the first session. No one starts meditating and has an enlightenment level breakthrough in the first 5 minutes. And these things aren’t the pinnacle of these practices. ❃ Devoting time to be with your truest self is the beauty of this practice— and it takes practice. If you can breathe you can do yoga. If you can think, you can meditate.
