Rex, the bastard, just made the CTSL sign for 'tinny' and dragged the edge of his thumb across where his mouth would be under his bucket: a smirk. “That’s me,” the hologram drawled, looking her up and down. “And before you say anything else: if one more of you fuckers calls me a robot, just keep in mind that I’m made of numbers and can fuck all your shit up just by thinking about it hard enough.”

As goddamn hilarious as it is to think of Maul being snatched up by Blue Team, I think we gotta be honest with ourselves: Maul is Red Team, through and through. He's got the drama, he's got the pizazz, he's got the Secondary Character Syndrome, he is everything that Red Team wants and needs, and his very charged and confusing relationship with Sarge would be amazing.

Sarge would take one look at Maul and call dibs, this is a Red Team matter, move along Blues, welcome to the family, no please do go, please son I promise I'll do better I swear I'll be the best C.O. a strapping young man like yourself could ever want!

Meanwhile Maul doesn't respect him in the slightest and has no idea what's going on, this is terrible, what does this senile Human want from him, is this a romantic pursuit, is this a sex thing??... on the other hand... this development has caused a great deal of distress in this unit's XO. And the droid is pleased that Maul understands binary. And the pink one keeps giving him nice, if useless, things for no reason. And the orange one has on multiple occasions shown Maul how to avoid the red one without prompting, so--

oh my god, is it crazy if i say either simmons? i just feel like the two of them almost wouldn’t get along at all unless/until they have a common enemy and then they unite against their foe and cause hell....before falling back into their own grating bickering with each other until next time

Chapter Title: “Te Kyr Cuyi Gebbar”

Summary: Barriss Offee took a right turn when before she might have taken a left, everything changes, and six years into the Clone Wars, the 501st and the 212th find themselves in a strange temple with no way out.

At the end of "Test Your Might", Caboose isn't the only one to step back out of the Testing Grounds.

Chapter Notes: Not as long as I was hoping for, but here, have an update: featuring Epsilon POV and they/them pronouns! Is it because Epsilon is made out of numbers? Is it because there's technically like seven other fragments inside Epsilon? Who's to say!

Also, thank you to Dr. Izzy O. Coffee on tumblr (@izzyovercoffee) for the chapter title. I don't know anything about Mando'a verb conjugation, so I dunno if the title is actually grammatically correct, but I got a kick out of it.

with the talk of clone wars/rvb crossovers floating around and a chat with @thefreelancerdivision it occurs to me that even just having grif and simmons around could change the whole umbara arc because they would accidentally kill Krell like 5 minutes in and then go “...whoops” and hide the evidence until it turns out he was a bad guy and they could go “SEE WE WERE HEROES”
