Twelve startup entrepreneurs from Pakistan, Jordan, Kenya, Malaysia and three other countries are in Chicago this week, it's a U.S. State Department sponsored program that showcases American tech innovation. They've been here all week, at tech hub 1871, to pitch to U.S. investors.
