Cat Up A Tree (closed RP with @stationset-already)
Violet was getting really tired of this whole deal with her fellow students acting weird. Sure, she could turn invisible and generate force fields, but at least she tried to act normal. She even wanted to be normal until she’d gotten the hang of her powers, and never did let them interfere with her life as a civilian. So it was to her immense irritation that she was now tasked with getting one of her classmates down from the tree just outside her dorm before he missed his next class.
“Seriously, Adrien?! It’s just a game!” She rubbed the bridge of her nose, wanting to punch a certain white-haired winter spirit in the mouth for making this happen, albeit indirectly. “It’s not like Alice Angel’s gonna hunt you down and kill you!”
Adrien whimpered in fright, clinging to the tree trunk some twenty feet off the ground. “Just a game!? I’ve met video-game characters here on this campus! She’s as real as everyone else, I just know it!”
Violet wasn’t buying it, and was wondering now if she should climb up the tree and pry him off herself. “It’s broad daylight, for heaven’s sake! And really, you’re the one who bought it upon yourself by taking up that dare to play Chapter 3 with the lights off! Now, get down here before you miss your next lesson!”
The terrified young man clung to the bark even tighter. “FOR THE LAST TIME, I’M NOT COMING DOWN UNTIL SHE’S GONE!”
