The Blues Burger from @staxdiner. 28 day dry aged pedigreed Sussex beef patty, Stilton, maple glazed beef bacon, caramelised onions, tomato, lettuce, Mayo. This is my 2nd visit to Stax, I was only here because the group I was with wanted to come. I wasn't impressed with my first visit last year, and I think this time was even worse. The beef was over cooked and far too small. The beef bacon was too hard and chewy, impossible to break down, and was really greasy. The one leaf of lettuce had seen better days. The Stilton was good, I'll admit that.
