Fruit for Thought: Staying Mostly Raw Vegan
If we are indeed what we eat, I'd mostly be a mix of dark chocolate, soupy Asian noodles, sushi & vegetarian pizza. On this I run a fast paced life of forgetting I have a life till I start feeling sick. When I want to feel better I turn to fruit smoothies, bananas, coconuts and crisp lettuce; A tropical raw vegan darling salad! I've done it for weeks at a time and lately I wonder why I don't just live this way. Why don't I just stay this healthfully, hunger-free happy? I'm trying to reflect all the reasons it is so for me so I can start working on them. If you've been dabbling with the raw vegan or raw till 4 lifestyle on and off, What's your reason you don't stay on it if it indeed makes you feel better?
