Stealth Witch Tip;

Start a morning journaling practice. Even if it’s just a page, a paragraph, or a single line every morning, getting into the habit of (and having your cohorts see you in the habit of) writing about mundane stuff every day will make it less suspicious and awkward when you want to start taking notes and writing about magical workings.

My intuition, or influence, is getting better? I think?

Yesterday while my partner was away at a Dungeons and Dragons game I was meditating on energy, intent, and influence of these things. I decide to play with it, and mentally projected a certainty that my partner would not only roll a nat 20 during his game, but that he would max his damage roll as well.

I don't talk to my partner about spirituality at all. He doesn't know about this blog or much of my studying.

I didn't let my mind entertain any doubt of my intents working, only certainty, and let me tell y'all it paid off. Apparently it worked, and my partner did roll a nat 20 and then roll max damage - on the end boss of the whole session. Wrapped up the days game nice and on time instead of running way over, even. When my partner told me this story, I was brimming with energy and excitement at the confirmation of my working, but could not express it for I am still after all, in the broomcloset.

And then TODAY, I'm driving around for rideshare and end up about 45-an hour from home. I put it out there - I wish, I project, that I'll get an Airport ride from where I'm at - it's a long drive, and the airport is close to home. Lo and behold, 5 minutes later I get an airport ride, and my fare tipped well to boot.

Seeing this stuff come into fruition is scary and exciting

Stealth witchery: Moon water

So I really wanted to harness some of this month's full moon energy into some moon water. But like, filling a random jar and setting it in the windowsill is a tad bit obvious.

One of the best ways for me to hide my craft in plain sight is to make it a e s t h e t i c as heck. I hide a lot of shit behind "idk it's pretty" So, I picked up some super cheap fiber optic rope light from the dollar tree, and stuck IT in the jar. I added water, which made the lights glow even brighter through the antique rainbowed glass.

As I filled it with light and water, I focused on the energy of the full moon high above my home, bathing the roof and our space in moon light and love. I left the lights run in the water overnight, soaking up the moon energy that seeped through the walls and windows.

Deciding to start baking bread for your family every week because it is cheap and delicious and healthy but also because it is a great way to incorporate ritual and intention into your daily life without being obviously witchy about it.

I went to an occult market yesterday, but my partner tagged along so when I found a moment to myself, I looped back around to purchase a gorgeous tarot deck I'd been eyeing, just to find it sold out.
