Is this your first convention: Nope

Any cosplay plans: Lady!Koujaku (from Dramatical Murder), Yang (from RWBY), and possibly some iteration of rule63 Captain America? I'm thinking just-woken-up-from-capsicle-state Cap, I have the old-timey SHIELD shirt and pants and boots, and it's less layers than my other Cap cosplay. I also might just bring Dirk Strider (from Homestuck) because he's my go-to. :) 

Is it okay to take your picture: Yes! :)

Is it okay to come over and talk to you: Yes!

Is it okay to hug/make physical contact with you: Ask first. Cosplay =/= consent, friends.

Is it okay to hang out with you/come eat food with you/party with you: If you ask first and we've talked already and stuff, then yeah!

Any panels you are looking forward to: A few? I'll probably end up at the voice acting one and some of the webcomic writing ones, but I'm not a huge panel person.

Any parties you are looking forward to: I mean, I am the party, so...

Are you taking part in the Masquerade or Omake: I don't have plans to, no. 

Do you have a table in the Dealers Room/Artist Alley: Nope.

Anything in particular you want to buy in the Dealers Room: Not really? I'll see what's there. :) 

Any specific goals you have for this convention: To have fun and hang out with friends!
