terms & conditions:
before commissioning, please make sure you’re comfortable with a few small things ♡
♡ please allow me to place my @ somewhere within the graphic itself, and kindly tag/credit me in the post. also please include #mxriitaesz commissioned graphics in your hashtag column wherever the graphic is shared. i’ll explain everything more clearly once we talk in private!
♡ you should be able to communicate through discord or tumblr dms (though tumblr dms tend to lower image resolution, so discord is usually preferred!)
♡ i will ask for your gmail so i can add you to canva for reliability/preview checks
♡ there will be a small queue system if there are multiple commissions ahead, but it shouldn’t be long, promise!
♡ if there’s no reply to my discord or tumblr messages within 5 days, i’ll assume the commission is no longer needed and cancel the slot
♡ please stay kind and respectful during the process. any rude or demanding behaviour detected will result in the commission being cancelled, future requests declined, and you will be added to my public block list
♡ once the graphic has reached around 50% completion, cancellations will unfortunately no longer be accepted. if a commissioner still attempts to cancel after this point, i reserve the right to decline future requests
♡ to clarify, if you have a deadline, your commission will still follow the normal queue order and will not jump ahead in front of everyone, but i will try my best to prioritise completing it before the deadline if possible!
♡ just a heads up for everyone’s safety, i may take screenshots of our conversation as a precaution, and if anything rude or disrespectful comes up, i might share it on my socials to keep a record and maintain a safe, friendly, and fair space for both of us and my community!
♡ i retain full rights and copyright to the graphics, so i may share the finished work on my own social media platforms as well (usually after you’ve posted yours!)
♡ the graphics are for personal use only (headers, posts, masterlists, story graphics, etc.). please do not claim the graphic as your own, or remove the watermark/@
♡ major redesigns after the graphic is around 70% complete may not be possible, since these are free commissions
♡ please do not post the graphic on your social media before i send the final version
♡ i may close commissions at any time if the queue becomes too full. if you have already made a request or your commission is currently in progress, it will still be completed. any requests after i have closed my commissions will be ignored or deleted
♡ since these are free commissions done in my spare time, i kindly ask for patience during the process (and take note of timezone differences)
