Tododeku week day 6: Family

Back to the present day...

Izuku and Stella stand outside the hospital where Stella’s mom is held holding hands.

“I never thought I’d be afraid to visit my mom…” Stella mumbles nervously brushing her unclipped bangs behind her left ear.

“I’m nervous too Stele…I never met your mom. I was always in the hospital myself on Saturdays.” Izuku says rubbing his neck awkwardly.

“Izu she is going to love you. I’m not sure about me on the other hand…” Stella trails off jumping when Izuku gently slaps her on the back of her head. “Ow!”

“There will be none of that Stella.” Izuku scolds trying not to laugh at Stella’s angry pout.

“You didn’t have to swat me.” She huffs as they walk into the lobby.

“Breathe Stele.” Izuku replies feeling how tight she’s holding onto his hand.

She loosens her grip, “Sorry Izu. Hello We’re here to visit Rei Todoroki.” She says to the lady at the desk.

“Rei only has one daughter you shoto fanatic.” The lady scoffs.

“Minoru how dare you!” Rose says coming over. “Congrats Todo-chan!” She adds leading them away from the desk. “Min is in a bad mood so…” Rose says awkwardly as they get to Rei’s room. “Rei you have visitors.” She calls.

“Come in.” Rei calls back.

“You got this Todo-Chan.” Rose flashes a thumbs up before walking up the hall.

Izuku opens the door and they walk in.

“Hi m-mom…” Stella stammers.

“Hello Mrs. Todoroki.” Izuku greets quietly.

“So you started your transition hm?” Rei asks quietly looking at Stella.

“Y-yes?” Stella says her body tense startled when her mother hugs her tightly.

“My baby girl, I’m so proud!”

Stella hugs back tears falling onto her moms hospital shirt. Izuku watches the scene with a smile reminded of when he got into U.A.

Rei pulls away holding Stella at arms length, “I was so afraid your father beat the woman out of you.”

“He’s still trying to sadly.” Stella sighs rubbing her wet eyes with her arm.

“Well he’s never going to invalidate you in my eyes.” Rei says smiling brightly. Stella hugs her again, “Thanks mom.”

Rei notices Izuku standing by the door, “Oh! You must be the Izuku I hear so much about.”

He blushes startled when she hugs him, “Thank you for standing by my little girl and I’m assuming you don’t need the speech?”

Izuku laughs, “I have no intention of ever hurting her but, no my mom gave me that speech before Stella was Stella.”

Rei laughs at that, “We moms always know.” The tension dissolved and they sat down chatting amonst themselves.

2 hours later the couple bids Rei farewell and they head to the station to go to Izuku’s house.

“See I told you she’d love you.” Stella beamed as they boarded the train.

Izuku laughs nuzzling her, “And my mom will still love you.”

“But, I’m not a he anymore Izu…” Stella says.

“You could be purple withturquoise poka dots and she’d love you. So long as you make me happy she always will.”

Stella laughs softly as the train arrives at their stop. They walk to the apartment together and pause outside the door, “Relax.” Izuku tells her.

“Izuku is that you?” Inko calls coming to the door.

“Hi mom.” Izuku says hugging her tightly. They walk inside and he says, “Mom this is my girlfriend Stella.”

Inko’s eyes light up and she embraces Stella, “Welcome back dear you two are just in time for dinner.”

Stella hugs her back, “You don’t findit strange?” She asks timidly.

“Are you happy?” Inko asks

“Yes” Stella replies.

“Then I’m happy.” Inko says. “Go wash up you two.”

They go to get washed up for dinner and return to the table to eat. After dinner and dessert the couple retires. Stella curls up against Izuku’s chest content to be the little spoon. “See I told you she’s always gonna love you same as me.” Izuku says stroking her hair. Stella leans up and kisses him smiling. They fall aseep curled up together.

Inko sees this as she passes his room amd smiles to herself, “I can’t wait for the day I become your mother in law.”

Stella and Izuku's adopted kids Lily is a socially awkward shy person that has a huge heart like her dad. She's timid but, fierce when she needs to be. She was an experiment rescued from a lab by Deku along with Zara and 98 other people. She is supposed to be like Todoroki but her quirk manifested backwards due to stress and pressure. She was grown in a test tube like tank and only knows two boys before another experiment Boulder went on a rampage destroying the lab she was originally grown in. She is moved to the main facility where she needs Zara another "tubie" as they're called. Zara immediately became attached and protective of her. After she's rescued the couple adopts her due to her having no where else to go that she feels safe. She is hard core naive and thinks flirting is just boys being nice to her. Zara is 4'9 of attitude. She's a social butterfly that likes making new friends. She has tons of sass for people that make fun of her and fists for those who go after her sister. She gets into fights a lot due to being overly protective of Lily. As a child she was chemically altered to be agressive but, decide she was having none of that and threw up the chemicals in defiance. Trying to redo the alteration had the same result. After Deku rescues her and the other 99 she manages to teleport them into the office where Deku works so they wouldn't smash through the wall. The effort knocked her out due to it being way more than her limit of 250lbs. Deku says she's like Bakugo but, nicer which infuriates the blonde. Endevaor had 0 clue they exist until he gets called to their primary school after Zara gets into a fight. "I have grandchildren?!" "Wait Endevaor is our grandpa?! Cool!" Cue Endevaor having a crisis due to knowing Stella can't have kids...can she??!! They get into U.A through the entrance exam preferring to earn it not get in cause of their parents. That's all I've got for now.
