i don't think she’d be jealous of any of the other members because she trusts that they would never make a move on you

she would watch as you take your photos and patiently wait for her turn

hugs you extra tight for your photos together

on the way back she would tease you for how stiff you were when you did aegyo 

when you lay down with her at the dorms you ask her if she was jealous at all today seeing you do fanservice with the other girls

i think she would also not care too much about the fanservice

honestly she might be happy to see you getting along with the other members

just for fun she might make a few comments about how much like a couple you and a-na seem to look 

other than that she knows that you and her are dating and that realistically you would never cheat on her 

so she's not worried about your love of fanservice

i mentioned in  the sulky stella headcanons that i see her getting jealous easily and i definitely see that happening here

if you’re at a fansign doing a lot of poses/ cheek kisses with the other members and she notices I think she would try her best not to be near you

avoiding doing poses with you even when asked 

the fans would think it was a joke but you knew better

on the ride back to the dorms you would make sure to sit next to her so that you could resolve the issue faster

in general she prefers you save certain gestures for just you and her

Juun

she would definitely feel a type of way but try to be nonchalant about it for the sake of looking good in front of fans

while you hug ian and playfully pretend to kiss her cheek, juun would be watching closely for a second too long before going back to searching through her items 

totally awkward when she finally gets her chance to pose with you

doesn't fully look you in the eye

when you get back to the dorms she would be more affectionate than normal

a-na would definitely try to one up whatever you were doing with another member

if you were hugging juun and wearing matching hats, all of a sudden she’s backhugging yuha while they’re dressed as jack and rose

while you’re posing with carmen she tells the fans that she doesn’t think you too look good together

is able to get away with her snarky comments due her her playfulness

throws jabs at you back at the dorms saying that you need to step up your game when it comes to fanservice

never actually admits that she wanted your attention to herself but it’s clear to you that that was the reason for her attitude

Ian 

i think she's the only one that would actually fight to get your attention at a fansign

when she sees you posing with ye-on and pinching her cheeks, ian immediately grabs matching items for the both of you so that you can pose together

she continues on like that for the rest of the fan meet, for every picture you have with another member, you have two with ian

very clingy on the way back to the dorms, still clingy when you arrive

shamelessly asks you for reassurance

over it by the next day

Ye-on

is actually nonchalant about the situation (unlike juun)

it isn’t until a-na jokingly suggests that you might leave her for stella that she realises that something might be wrong with what you’re doing

stays professional during the fansign, taking an appropriate amount of photos with you and the other members

 not avoiding you or causing drama

on the way home she looks more down than usual

as soon as you get home she asks you very bluntly if you wou;d ever leave her for someone else

summary: how i think stella would act when shes sulky

warnings: fluff comfort not really any warnings, stella is a bit sad but that's it

i feel like stella would be someone who gets jealous easily 

if she sees that someone else is making you laugh a lot and being touchy in a way that she usually does it would make her feel a bit uncomfortable

she would act normal around others but as soon as you're alone you would notice her being a bit awkward and  avoiding you 

partly because she was upset with you but mainly because she's embarrassed by the way she is feeling.

she'll tell you that she was jealous and insist that you reassure her that she's the only person you have feelings for.

for at least two days she keeps bringing it up in passing trying to play  it off as a joke

but you know she still needs to be certain nothing is wrong between you two

The after effects of the MAMA Awards were still in your veins as you pushed open the dorm door. You and all the hearts2hearts members scattered around the living room, exhausted.

“You were amazing,” she said softly.

“Thanks! The crowd loved me and Martin—did you see?” You were beaming, expecting her to share your excitement.

She nodded with a smile, and kept that smile around all of the members.

Once you two were alone, you figured she’d open up, but she barely spoke. You tried asking her what was wrong, but she insisted she was fine.

Finally, after hours of silently sulking she whispered, “I just… felt a little jealous. You and Martin looked so natural together. Like you were flirting.”

You cupped her face gently, kissing her forehead. “Stella, that was all for the cameras. I only ever want you.”

Her pout eased into a shy smile as she buried herself against your chest. 

The sulking completely gone.

Kim Dahyun was your first everything.

You remember the day the both of you drove down the highway with no real destination, her hand on your thigh, the stars illuminating the sky. Music blasted in your ears, her angelic voice harmonizing and adding adlibs as you couldn't help but stare.

Her silver earrings sparkling under the moonlight, her nails with pink chipped nail polish, her hair flowing as the wind blew through the open window. It was a sight you could never forget, stuck in your head like a prayer.

You couldn't help but stare at the girl who you knew for so long. The girl who you held time and time again through every heartbreaking, knowing you could never be who you wanted to be for her.

The kisses you shared were nothing but practice for her, but you would always remember the feeling of her soft lips pressed against yours, her hand gently cupping your face. The nights like this that felt so much like a date. While she saw a hangout, you saw the way her eyes sparkled, her laughter ringing, her face engraved in your memory.

You saw the way her eyes always found you in a room, felt her hand linger on your waist, heard as she told you that you got her in a way all these guys never could, smelt her homemade cooking whenever you came over, tasted her lips, that cherry chapstick she always wore.

Such a simple sentence. Four words was all it took for years of friendship t feel so strained. And yet those four simple words never landed. She couldn't meet your eyes, her hands figited in her lap. She was lying, but not to you. To herself.

The reason she was never satisfied had nothing to do with what guys she had been seeing. That missing piece wasnt coming from them, but from herself.

The rest of the drive was quiet. Music played from the aux but it wasnt enough to fill the silence that had spread. A silent nod was all that was exchanged as the car came to a stop and you parted ways.

Mutual friends broke the news that she had a new boyfriend. They all told you that they thought this one was it. That she had finally found the man of her dreams. You knew it wasn't true. She would never fid the man of her dreams. Because her dream man wasn't a man.

When her birthday came around, you expected the normal celebration. cake, presents, and music. So when the music cut and everyone made space in the center, the last thing you expected was to watch her "dream man" get down on one knee.

And what you expected even less was the way she jumped into his arms, nodding as a tear streamed down her face.

But when she turned to look at you, you saw it. The tear slowly trailing down her cheek wasn't from happiness. There was emptyness in her eyes, longing. She knew this was it, and yet she wasn't satisfied. She never would be.

Stella, Loona, and Bee trying to reconnect with their ex

As it turns out, being petty and awful tends to push people away, no matter how rich you are.

Stella's life isn't totally devoid of things- she still has money, and throws parties, and orders imps around as she likes, but without you around - well, life is...less.

The break-up was a long time coming, honestly.

You were a rebound off of the drama between her and Stolas, and while she never loved him, she at least had the expectation he wouldn't be caught dead with a member of the lowest class in Hell. As little trust and love as she had for him, both were still broken by that betrayal.

Actually being confronted by someone who genuinely loved her was a shock, especially after at least a year of loitering on the periphery and wondering if the two Goetia would come back together or finally break off from each other.

Even if it was a rebound.

Months after things started between you, Andrealphus' interference and everything that came with it drove a wedge between you both, and things got tense.

She hit you in an argument.

It was the first she had ever laid a hand on you that wasn't seeking your touch in return.

Things didn't end on the spot, but they deteriorated quickly. Visits to the mansion lessened, moments together in private vanished entirely.

Eventually, you didn't see each other at all.

There are several cafes about town that Stella would deign to visit, being just barely high-class enough for her tastes.

You'd find her there- or, more accurately, she'd find you, and resolutely demand to pay the tab, in a shocking first display of generosity to another she'd ever made.

Afterwards, well, it depends - she would either drag you back to the mansion for some heated Rebound Part 2 intimacy, or you could put your foot down and attempt to nudge an apology from her before moving on.

It would happen either way. She would just prefer to say it in private, where her character development could not be snooped upon by prying eyes.

Pride and Wrath are at the core of who Stella is as a person - but behind every vice is a virtue, really.

People just don't like admitting that it's there.

Loona

There was a whole on-and-off-again thing going on between you two for a while.

You met a month or two after she was adopted, and despite her father's willingness to threaten you with whatever he had on hand when you popped by (up to and including a dinner plate, a frying pan, a leatherbound book, and a candlestick), he never really bothered you.

Loona just happened to have the fantastic habit of burning bridges whenever someone got too close to her.

Namely, you.

It got better over time, but- well- it's hard to say it any other way. Sometimes she'd just relapse into old habits.

It's hard to say it wasn't love, but you can't say it wasn't obsession, either. You two were hitched to each other for a while.

The longest you were apart was about a month, before inevitably coming back together again.

At least, it was, until - something happened.

You don't know what, and you're not sure if you want to know. IMP went up and killed someone, and when they got back down, there was just a look in her eye that said, for all the blood spilt, she'd taken the heaviest hit.

What started out as an 'are you okay' question spiraled into an argument. People took sides; Blitzo stood by Loona, Moxxie ended up by you, and - well, Millie tried to play neutral, but as things got more heated, it was harder for her to really say she didn't disagree with how Loona was 'handling things'.

Blitzo kicked you out; you tried to say you wouldn't be back anyway, but the words wouldn't come.

Things were blue for a bit after that.

Shockingly, Blitzo was the one that called you a couple weeks later.

Loona wasn't doing so hot.

Physically, she was fine, but she was still just- fixated.

It almost felt like you were being tagged into the ring when you showed up at Blitzo's apartment that evening. The thought almost made you snort.

She was curled up on the couch. She knew what you smelled like; acute hellhound senses and all that. She shifted to let you sit next to her.

After a while of staring blankly at whatever it was that she'd flicked the channel to, you felt her lean against you.

Words were necessary. Sincere ones. An apology if you could get it- an apology if you could give it, too.

Not right now, though.

All you needed to do right now was lean back, and figure everything else out later.

Bee

Being in a relationship with a Deadly Sin is...novel?

Or, it was.

Bee is almost definitely the healthiest (mentally) among the people you've met in Hell, but she still has her moments.

She's still a Sin. She still needs to flex her power, keep her court in order, and generally assert dominance.

And, well- Gluttony is a given.

It's not like she can't wrap her head around someone not enjoying themselves at a party, but it gets difficult when she sees them hanging around anyway.

Not really indulging, insomuch as everyone else is - the food's great (and big), but otherwise, you're avoiding the crowds and hanging with whoever's on the edge of the noise in the room.

That usually depends on the day. Sometimes you see Vox, or Loona, and a couple times, you've even spied some bigger names like Fizzarolli - but it's rarely, rarely the same person each hour, and you're the only person consistently outside of the 'party area'.

Feeling like she has to dull herself down for you - like she has to restrain herself just to be around you - is really what turns her into a bit of a pressure keg.

When things finally 'pop' - on one of the common nights when she tries to gently 'nudge' you into the crowd - it gathers a lot of attention.

Attention which, unfortunately, is hard to say anything in front of, when the party mistress is clearly upset, and it's clearly something you did.

At least, that's the case as far as anyone else can tell.

The crowd becomes a beast, like a wild horse.

Bee can steer it, but she can't stop it, and it gets out of hand before she can even think to try.

You don't show up at her parties after that.

No calls, no texts, no responses. It feels selfish, but you need space from her, after...that. It's hard not to lay blame, considering how easily she whipped the crowd into a frenzy- it's her whole thing, after all.

Even- or especially- when she didn't mean to.

She finds you later on.

She hadn't spent time really trying to track you down like a hunter or whatever, but she had been looking.

There's a heartfelt discussion about boundaries - particularly, where you wanted the boundaries to be, versus where she thought you wanted them to be.

The crowd is less intimidating when she's near you.

She doesn't mind being nearby, either. It's just proximity, but it helps.

I understand the exhaustion of dealing with the mob mentality. There’s nothing wrong with liking Stella’s character or being entertained by her antics onscreen, of course. It has no bearing on who you are as a person and no one should claim otherwise because it’s just stupid as well as rude.

Personally I feel as though many fans of Helluva Boss can’t fathom that or my own reasoning behind why I like her. For the record, I am not so invested in the show that I confuse Stella with a real life abuser and try to hold her to the same standards I would an actual terrible person like that. That would be silly since she’s a cartoon character. BUT, from an adult and writer’s perspective, I can see that her personality and behavior are what they are solely to manipulate the audience. Her existence is predicated on Helluva Boss’s goal to make Stolas as innocent and blameless as possible for any wrongdoing. And I can see right through it.

Most people don’t appreciate being manipulated, and I’m one of them. So I refuse to take the show at face value on this. And not only that — I will flagrantly enjoy the opposite of what the show wants because of that.

So, a toast to Stella Goetia. They could never make me hate you girl 🥂
