Every time I enter a new phase of life, my creative work reflects my personal journey. Through my infinitely effervescent creative process, I blend constants with change -- so to keep myself grounded, but still move forward. ........ This month, Im finding big changes happening among all humans. Powerful shifts of energy are among the highest vibrations of the world. ......... I struggle sometimes to hush all of the anxieties that are blatantly circulating... but I bring myself back to the present with the practice and teaching of Yoga and writing and remembering to SEE that the beauty is always found in the details. And it's the little things like 'post-it' notes that remind me to allow physicality, ego and personality to kiss higher realizations, intuition and peace. ............................ Magic, profound simplicity, tender reflections and evolving thoughts are the fuel to the fire. Awareness is the build of the fire: recognizing the ability to blend ideas, looking at fear in the face, embracing ideas of change, yet maintaining a grassroots mentality-- all at the same time ........
