ULTRA Supper Club - Restaurant Lot for Del Sol Valley (or any 40x30!)
This was actually the name of a club/bar in Toronto but it no longer exists lol. I dunno I just think it’s a hilarious OTT name. This is my first time sharing a lot so I’m a bit freaked out.
Anyway I’m sure lots of us feel the lots in Del Sol Valley leave a bit to be desired. I’m working on revamping the whole downtown area so a lounge and night club/bar are also coming. May re-do the gym into some fancy spa too.I’ve tested this in a brand new save file and placed it with no issues. Suggest turning MOO on just to be safe. Please let me know if you have any issues! Also a side note I had a whole inspo board and a look I was going for here so I spared no expense with packs so it requires quite a few. I was surprised myself when I uploaded to the gallery.
Note: I’ve never tried the split level sunken room thing before but I will warn that it creates a lighter rectangle of light on the ceiling as you can see in the pictures. I’m cool with this because sunken room is cool. But obviously you can demolish that and do whatever!Last thing I also tested with @littlemssam 's Auto Employee Mod will automatically bring in a piano player if you set the lot train which is nice :)

Happy new year everyone! I finally built a big mansion for my movie star sim in Del Sol Valley and it took about 2.5 days lol. I’m still fixing little odds and ends here and there like forgotten wall paint, filling empty balcony areas, and play testing.
I’ve always wanted to do a villa style build with verandas and archways and such. The last pic is the inspiration for this build I followed the outside pretty close. Although the restrictions for building in TS4 meant the game fought me tooth and nail the whole time and there are some things I hate about it like having to use the really tall wall heights to fit certain things in and having to recolour the ENTIRE mega window/door set to add fucking black and white because that’s too fucking difficult apparently. WHY they don’t create a design style of finish textures/colours (THAT INCLUDES BLACK AND WHITE FOR EVERYTHING) from the beginning and just create all things in those set styles rather than the random shitfest it is now is beyond me. Anyway lots more pictures to come.
More interior shots of ULTRA Supper club. This is the upstairs area where the kitchen, bathroom, and landing sitting area are. I take way too many screenshots to fit in one post.
