everytime i get worried that i might have something (once i thought i might have depression but it was kind of a phase) it goes away after a week and i end up being fine. okay chat its normal teen girl hormones the feeling guilty abt eating and starving myself will go away in a lil bit lets go chat

Can I please request a higher dose of Sterlax, or whatever the drug is called, please? I've been taking the recommended amount, but I feel kinda miserable still. If you have a better solution to this, please tell me.

Mention this to your counselor and they can change it for you. If they don't, report the counselor for poor performance.
