Transcript How To Fly Business Class for Free
Hello everyone. You’re here with Steve Hui. He’s here to tell us a little bit of a story about himself, first of all, and after that, he will tell us exactly How to Fly Business Class for Free using your credit cards to get more flying points.
So Steve, what is the first thing you can tell them about yourself?
I am an accountant for nearly eleven years. How I started this business of fly fare is because I’ve always managed my fly points and I believe that anyone else can do the same. But the last two years, I’ve heard a local just wasting it once. So many people tell me stories of how they used it, once they take a few cards and iPad.
Did you ever get your points and exchange them for an iPad?
No. I really liked flying. It’s designed for flying, why should you use it for something else.
So, most of our audiences are travel bloggers, so they travel around the world. They are pretty much interested on how to do those things on their own. How to try to get more points, how they should use it. What are the things to consider, the first thing you should have, like your credit card?
The first thing to consider depends on how much money you spend as an individual or business. There are many things you can pay with your credit card such as supermarkets, petrol, public transport, restaurants. I always use to pay all my restaurant bills with cash and card, but when you’re on a business, you pay it with your credit card. That is also how you gain points. You can also use it abroad. You can travel and make points while you’re there. When you travel, you normally pay cash, but you can always pay with your credit card, for more convenience. It also means that your wallet is slimmer. This means that it is less of a hassle, but with your credit card, you just hand it in and pay what is due.
In Australia, they have this fly points but you can change it with an ipod. The idea for them is not to use the flights because that is a trade-off for the airlines.
It is more money if you take your money than the product. This is a good business because they can really collect a lot of money, in exchange for all of your points. But when you think you are getting a deal, like changing your fly ticket to anything else, you are actually losing money with this kind of trade-off.
It depends on how much you spend, it is always using credit card to gain points. Review what credit card is good for the country you are going to. If you earn points elsewhere, then it is not something that is considered, or that will add up on your points.

The right credit card can be determined on the country you are going to.
You have to have a budget, then pick your destination. You can then pick which credit card to bring. Then you have to go spend money. Also, make sure that you pay monthly so that your points will count.
What if you wanted to go to a different country for a long time, does the points go away?
No, the points on your credit card stays in there until you’re ready to transfer. Just make sure that you are using the same bank.
How about somebody who’s not used to use credit cards?
Credit means borrowed money. Just think of it as money that is not uncashed.
What if at the end of the day, you wanted to change credit cards, for some reasons?
In this case, you should transfer your points to an airline first. Then, you can check your time.
Steve here, always travels on business class. Now, can you tell us what happens in business class?
Unlike popular belief, in business class, you don’t see celebrities. It is more on checking, more baggage allowed. It is also less stressful, you don’t have to wait for too long. Real cutlery, you can even choose the food from the menu. You can eat, sleep, and you can be right on your destination before you even know it.
You know some people think that travelling is all about your destination, and I guess you’re right. It is from the moment you leave home. It is about the whole experience. Domestically can be so much of a difference, but internationally, it can be a really different experience.
Now, can you tell us a little bit about your business? About the process?
My business is I fly, more on personal businesses. What I do is I help small business owners because they are running a business, and they are spending a lot of money, even more money on credit card. I help review their business, I help them earn more points, so that they could fly. I help them book flights. I have a punch concierge service. We find them, and we book them. Lastly, if we find them, get them a ticket.
What’s the difference between a normal ticket and a business class ticket?
A business class has a luxurious service and more especially, it is a good experience.
