We started oncludeing it in our classes immediately but we don't think we ever posted our version up. Anyway, here it is. #Repost @steve_aka_clive ・・・ Today I had the pleasure of training and learning from Ed. Or 'Old Ed' like he preferred. Ed is 78 years young and did every self defense technique professor @steveaustinbjj taught tonight. Then he challenged me to a roll that lasted over 10 minutes.
