Pride was amazing, there was so much positivity and it really felt like a slice of heaven. I've never been at an event that was so big, so openly nice, so educational about STDs and important topics, so informational (literally having entire sections of areas for brochures, scholarships, support groups, hiv free testing, everything you could think of). I will definitely be going again. And yes, I saw at least ONE FURBY PERSON THERE!
I found a Captain America and took a pic with him. When I started to pose I said "You do you, im just going to do something stupid." Then I kneeled down to do a meme pose and so he said "Wait I know what to do" then posed so his butt was next to my pose and we laughed. He quote on quote said: "That's America's ass." LIKE THE ENDGAME JOKE! Did I mention he would kneel down to kids and not only talk to them in character but give them Captain America cards like they were little heros? So👏wholesome👏. Im sharing this on my main account to show everyone you're not alone and communties like this are amazing.
