Sometimes I’m into a ship only in this very specific way I can sum up as “I know these two shouldn’t actually get together, they know whatever’s between them it would be a disaster and they shouldn’t actually get together, and the wrongness of it is part of the appeal, if I’m reading a fic in which they’re getting together it should be inherently angsty because that means something has gone horribly wrong”

and then l’ll browse through the ship tag on AO3 and it’s all “x and y are married and having a baby” and noooo I’m so alone!!

I like to think that Steve loves to paint and draw pictures of his favorite subject, which is obviously his wife Natasha. Natasha obviously notices it and looks at what he does and just loves them. She tells him that he needs to continue painting and drawing pictures of her for the rest of his life and that’s an order and Steve says “yes my love.” So, Steve just continues to paint and draw pictures of Natasha no matter what happens in their life together going forward. He can paint and draw other pictures as much as he wants, but he has to continue to paint and draw pictures of his wife and that’s non-negotiable!!!

i’m begging can we pls have Steve and Bucky say more 20’s, 30’s, and early 40’s slang??

i’ve only read a handful of fics where they use slang other than the main four even though there’s hundreds of slang words that could be used. Some make sense and others are so specific and odd that it would be funny to have them say them. Specifically romantic slang.

of course they say dame and doll but where are the weird romantic slang words? Like I want Steve to call Natasha a tomato and Bucky to say that Tony is as cute as a bug’s ear. Or for Bucky to troll Steve by whispering sheik at him when he stands with his hands on his hips or a woman talks to him.

Hey guys!! I am looking for a romanogers fanfic where Natasha told steve she is pregnant in an attempt to get him to stop looking for bucky. The entire conversation happened over the phone. I remember Steve’s response to Natasha telling him she is pregnant being “I love you” before he hung up the phone. I am pretty sure this fanfic was on fanfiction.net.
