The first thing that Billie noticed was that the form of most of the melee fighters was off. Most of the time, she didn't use blades as large as swords; they were cumbersome and considered to be archaic. Knives hid better, they were more versatile, and she liked the range that throwing them gave her. These "knights" were using mostly longswords, holding them incorrectly and swinging them about with just enough finesse to avoid hitting each other. There was a practicedness to it all, too. Choreography. This was less of a fight and more of a theatre. Which made sense, of course, but still.
Billie sat straight at the edge of the aisle, prepared to leave the area should something go amiss. She only came to see what the fuss was about. This didn't seem like something she'd like to stay for, as she thought about the inaccuracies. "His stance is bad and he's going to fall," she murmured to herself as one of the fighters bumped into another, causing him to stumble to the ground. Both wore faces of shock; that, at least, wasn't a part of the show.
