i gave him patch pants bc i hc that he finds patches from random fabrics to fix his clothing (sofia gave him the heart one)

he would constantly have some dirt on him, like as a general rule. man goes everywhere and is always knee deep in nature i just know he comes back to the castle messy af (grateful for castle laundry LMFAO)

a lot of the color elements are insp by clover's actual colors!

the shoes are technically one big blur ribbon reference too but i drew the big ribbon for the bit

hair was hard to grasp at first but i learnt abt protective hairstyles and im like he WOULD do that!

STF characters know that animals are conscious and they eat meat anyway - what

If in Sofia The First the animals have consciousness (they just pretend that they don't so that they won't need to pay bills) and Sofia understands them, then why does she, and Cedric, eat meat

Like, Cedric knows that too, he doesn't understands what they say but he knows they are capable of thinking, because during the "When You Wish Upon A Well" he didn't found not even a little bit weird that a little cat was trying to communicate with him. It's the same when he said he was anxious to hear "all the sweet things Wormwood always told him before they could communicate" so he KNOWS that the animals think in this universe.

And yet they still eat meat

Found new storyboards of The Leafsong Festival episode.

Cedric's design is different, which can mean it was made BEFORE once upon a princess, but it looks a little like the script of the episode when Crackle bottles her fire, "The Leafsong Festival"
