#sthirasukha ...steadiness and ease, refining the practice to that magical place where you feel all parts working, all parts celebrating; breathing body, mind and soul in union. Nothing special, a staple of my practice, I could do these spinal rolls all day long. They bring me strength, freedom and joy... they ground me so that I may rise. #movingmeditation
