Practicing my Classic Physique Posing. After my workout. I did pretty good this am. Got to the gym around 6am. Stage ready 🤔. Not in my mind. Still have to develop somethings. Although I may not feel as though I’m ready for the stage practicing makes for a smooth transition. Really makes me realize that I have a long way to go. It's been way too long since I been in my fitness bag. 💼 I have not been to the gym on a regular basis in a while. Allowing other things to interfere with my own training. SMDH.
