             IT'S NOT often the military adviser finds himself wandering the gardens. one might think he was chained to the desk in his office. conditions had to be just right, you see, for cullen to allow himself a break. for starters, his stack of reports must be dwindled to less than four centimeters high, and it must coincide with the time period widely regarded as "lunch". today, these conditions were met. from across the way he sees a familiar face.

                           "         DORIAN, I am glad to see you've managed to pry yourself away from that shelf you call home. i am.. rather desperate for a respite. care for another game?"

it’s weird though cause she was also negative toward helping the mages during the uldred issue

honestly my interpretation of morrigan has a few cool and new twists and turns, specifically this AND the approval for the elf quest (mainly because the only reason morrigan’s different is bc they needed a dedicated “evil” character and morrigan’s there to play that role). i think the entire idea of morrigan advocating for killing mages who turned to blood magic (as she is... also a blood mage lmfao) is silly and dictated by game mechanics. also i just don’t trust bioware w her :/

The wine tasted bitter with the sour turn of the memory and full lips pursed before she forced herself to finish the tale. “But I couldn’t hide the nightmares. The fade can be quite terrifying for one so young...and when the Templars came I went quietly. It was only after being comforted by one of the younger enchanters that I was confident enough to try a proper spell and then there was no denying it. It is a rather boring story I suppose.”

Hawke reaches back to retrieve his staff, turning it upside-down after he has it in front of him. The blade on the bottom -- now facing up -- certainly isn't the biggest that anyone’s ever seen, but it's big enough. "Any size would have been fine, but I like how you think." Lip ends rise as he carefully takes the knife before he starts to cut into a loaf of bread. A gift from a grateful damsel, no longer in distress --- thanks to yours truly and his merry band. It wasn't often at all that he was rewarded with food. A shame, really. The aroma that the baked good gives off is sweet, as if it has honey baked into it. After the first slice is free from the rest, he picks it up on the side of the knife and offers it to Merrill.
